How do payments work?
Sponsors fund an agreement via Stripe. Funds are held until the deliverable is approved, then the payout is released to the creator (subject to policy rules).
What fees does ElevateCSX charge?

When are refunds possible?
Refund eligibility depends on the agreement stage (before submission, after submission, after approval). See the Payments Risk policy for exact rules.
What if there is a dispute?

Do I need to disclose sponsored content?
Yes. Disclosure is required. Proof submission includes an explicit disclosure confirmation, and guidelines are published on the Disclosure page.
What YouTube data do you store?
For the pilot, YouTube OAuth is optional and can be disconnected anytime. Stored data and retention rules are documented in the YouTube Data Governance policy.
