Methodology

We count reports submitted through the marketplace reporting flow and actions recorded by admins in the moderation queue.

“Actions taken” includes reports marked as Resolved or Dismissed during the selected window.

Average processing time is measured from report creation to the recorded resolution timestamp for completed actions in the same window.
