ElevateCSX is a marketplace that connects sponsors with creators. We provide the platform, workflow, and payment rails to help parties manage campaigns and agreements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws and platform rules when using ElevateCSX.
Sponsors create campaigns and review creator applications. Creators may apply, submit deliverables, and provide proof as required by the agreement terms.
ElevateCSX is not a party to creator-sponsor agreements, but may provide templates, status tracking, and a dispute process to support the workflow.
To keep the pilot focused and safe, the MVP does not support the following. These are product scope limits, not guarantees of future functionality:
Payments are processed by Stripe. Sponsors may fund agreements and funds may be captured/held and released to creators after approval, depending on the agreement status.
Platform fees, refunds, and payouts follow the rules implemented in the product and Stripe Connect capabilities. Refunds may be restricted after a payout is transferred.
Refund availability depends on the agreement state and payment processing constraints. The platform may also block refunds while a dispute or chargeback is active.
For MVP, disputes are handled via manual admin review and event logs. We may request evidence and make workflow decisions (e.g., unblock, cancel, or hold payout) consistent with the product rules.
To keep the pilot safe, ElevateCSX admins may suspend accounts, pause payouts, request additional verification, and resolve disputes within the platform workflow. Admin decisions are final for platform states (payout hold/release, cancellation, refunds where possible), without limiting any legal rights the parties may have outside the platform.
If you are a business user (Creator or Sponsor) and want to submit a complaint about how the marketplace works, contact us using the complaint-handling channel below.
Contact: [email protected]. Target response time (pilot): within 10 business days.
When discovery/search ordering is used for creators or campaigns, the main ranking signals are described on our Ranking Parameters page. The pilot uses simple matching and stable ordering — there is no paid placement or hidden priority tier in the MVP.
If the ranking logic changes materially, we will update the linked page and note the change in the product/legal docs for business users.
Business users can access their own marketplace records needed to operate in the product, but not confidential data of other users or internal safety systems.
For pilot readiness, ElevateCSX treats creator-side payout activity as potentially DAC7-relevant and may require additional seller/tax information before enabling or continuing payouts.
The current pilot posture, required field categories, and annual reporting workflow note are summarized on the public DAC7 page.
We may suspend or terminate access to the platform for policy violations, fraud, security issues, or repeated abuse. Where practical, we provide prior notice and a short explanation.
You may not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity. This includes:
Creators must follow applicable advertising disclosure rules and the platform’s Disclosure Guidelines when submitting sponsored content. Sponsors must not request illegal or deceptive disclosures.
Content ownership remains with the creator unless otherwise agreed. Sponsors receive usage rights defined by the agreement and the platform’s Content Usage Rights policy.
The platform is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. ElevateCSX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from marketplace activity.
